These terms apply to taxi, tour, and related services offered by Kongu Holidays from Coimbatore. Using this website or sending an enquiry means you have read this page. A booking is governed by the written quote you accept for that trip.

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting a form, calling, or messaging us is a request, not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only after we send a quote (vehicle, kilometres or package inclusions, date, and price) and you accept it, including any advance we ask for. Until then, prices and vehicle availability can change.

What we provide

Unless the confirmed quote says otherwise, our service is private road transport with a driver. Hotels, meals, entry tickets, temple or park permits, and guide fees are not included unless listed in that quote. Third-party venues set their own rules and timings; we cannot override them.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate pickup time, address, passenger count, and luggage details. Keep valuables with you. Follow traffic and destination rules. Extra kilometres, waiting hours, night bata, tolls, parking, and permit charges apply as stated on the quote or as actually incurred if the itinerary changes.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are those written on your confirmed quote for that booking. If a quote is silent, unused advance for a trip cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup may be discussed in good faith; cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and trips cut short by the guest are generally not refundable except where we could not provide the agreed vehicle. We do not use this page to cancel a confirmed written refund promise.

Delays and limits

Weather, traffic, landslides, strikes, and mechanical issues can delay a journey. We will try to keep you informed and arrange a replacement vehicle when reasonably possible. We are responsible for our own transport service as booked; we are not responsible for hotel overbooking, attraction closures, or losses that we could not reasonably prevent. Nothing here limits liability that Indian consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us.
